Telephone Service Fully Restored Across All Riverside Sites

Riverside Health Care is pleased to
announce that telephone service has been fully restored across all facilities
and programs. Technicians have completed the necessary repairs, and all
incoming, outgoing, and internal phone lines are operating normally. The
previously issued Code Grey – Infrastructure Failure has now been cleared.
We extend our sincere appreciation
to our dedicated staff - from the teams who worked diligently to help restore
service, to the front-line staff who managed backup communication protocols,
and to everyone in between who helped maintain operations throughout the
disruption. Their coordinated efforts ensured continuity of care across our
system.
We would also like to thank our
community for their patience and understanding during this outage. The safety
and well-being of those we serve, along with the safety of our team members,
remain our highest priority.
