No-Smoking Policy

All Riverside Health Care facilities are smoke free indoors. Smoking by staff, clients, patients, residents and visitors is prohibited within the buildings, and no smoking is permitted on all hospital property. Residents of long-term care facilities are permitted to smoke in designated areas, nine metres from any entrance or exit per the Smoke-Free Ontario Act, 2017.
