People are at the heart of everything we do in Community Support Services. At Riverside Health Care, we partner with key community agencies and other health care providers to positively affect the quality of life of individuals and families across the Rainy River District.

We promote and enhance the well-being of our communities by helping individuals adopt healthier lifestyles, improve their quality of life and build capacity to prevent and deal with crisis situations should they arise.

We connect people to care and other local supports, promote opportunities to help our seniors age in their homes independently, find reasonable transportation options, gain access to nutritious food, and maintain or improve their physical and/or mental health.
