Registration

All patients receiving services at Rainy River Health Centre must be registered. Please bring your health card with you.

Patients must report to the Registration Office which is to your right upon entering the Main Entrance of the Rainy River Health Centre. This desk is staffed as follows:

Monday through Friday
9:00am to 3:00pm

Saturday & Sunday
9:00am to 2:00pm

Outside the hours stated above patients must report to the Nursing Station for registration.
