Riverside Health Care Facilities is committed to providing a safe and caring environment. By April 2009,
we will be reporting patient safety indicators on a number of hospital-related infections. We will also be
reporting the hand hygiene compliance rate of our health care professionals. RHCF's ongoing commitment
to proper hand hygiene will prevent the spread of infectious diseases.
RHCF strongly supports the public reporting of patient safety indicators because we believe it will inspire
improved performance, enhance patient safety, and strengthen the public's confidence.
